Rhonalyn Santos is a neurodivergent, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, master's-level behavioral health professional with over 10 years of experience in social and behavioral sciences. She has supported children, families, and professionals across a wide range of settings—including preschools, after-school programs, in-home, clinics, group homes, and telehealth.

As a licensed behavior analyst (LBA), Rhonalyn blends evidence-based behavior analysis with a holistic, values-driven approach. Her work is rooted in Neurodiversity-affirming principles, collaborative caregiver coaching, and contextual behavioral science including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) through a behavioral lens.

Rhonalyn believes in supporting the whole person, which may include coaching in self-care, executive functioning, stress management, and meaningful daily routines—all guided by each individual’s values, strengths, and goals.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Rhonalyn enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, and husband, exploring nature through walks, hikes, and trips to the coast. She's an avid reader and podcast listener, and she values quality time with loved ones, traveling, and indulging in delicious food and desserts.
