Rhonalyn Santos is a neurodivergent, master's-level behavioral health professional with over 10 years of experience in social and behavioral sciences. She has supported children, families, and professionals across a wide range of settings—including preschools, after-school programs, in-home, clinics, group homes, and telehealth.

As a licensed behavior analyst (LBA), Rhonalyn blends evidence-based behavior analysis with a holistic, values-driven approach. Her work is rooted in Neurodiversity-affirming principles, collaborative caregiver coaching, and contextual behavioral science including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) through a behavioral lens.

Rhonalyn believes in supporting the whole person, which may include coaching in self-care, executive functioning, stress management, and meaningful daily routines—all guided by each individual’s values, strengths, and goals.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Rhonalyn enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, and husband, exploring nature through walks, hikes, and trips to the coast. She's an avid reader and podcast listener, and she values quality time with loved ones, traveling, and indulging in delicious food and desserts.

  • Our coaching supports individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges in building practical, personalized tools for everyday life. Through a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach, we help clients improve organization, time management, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.

    Using strategies rooted in behavior analysis, human development, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), coaching is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your goals. Sessions are available via primarily via telehealth and in some cases in-person.

  • Discover tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control. This service offers personalized support in building mindful self-care routines, managing daily stressors, and aligning your time and energy with what truly matters to you. Using approaches drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavior science, and holistic wellness, we’ll work together to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience—at a pace that fits your life.

    Sessions are available via telehealth or in-person, and are tailored to your unique goals and needs.

  • I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience across home, center, group home, and telehealth settings since 2013. As a neurodivergent clinician, I provide assent-based, affirming supervision grounded in compassion, ethics, and client-centered care.

    My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on meaningful, values-based behavior change. I offer mentorship in SBT-PFA, verbal behavior, social skills, and functional skill programming—all while supporting the development of reflective, well-rounded future BCBAs.

  • Staff and Family Consultation provides assistance to your family and providers who help support you to get your needs met and increase your independence and inclusion in your community.
